Northeast Georgia Physicians Group will host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic Wednesday at the Corporate Plaza on Frontage Road.
According to a press release, the clinic will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Anyone 12 years of age and older is eligible for a vaccine.
The main reason for the clinic, according to the press release, is to help the community get vaccinated in light of recent cases of the Delta variant. Health officials also hope the clinic will stave off a spike in COVID-19 cases.
