GAINESVILLE — The Lakeview Academy got a pair of overtime goals to knock off St. Francis 2-0 on Friday at home.
Diego Bulos scored on an unassisted shot from 20-yards out to take the lead in the first overtime. Whit Coyle added the insurance on a through ball from Sam Perrott late in the second overtime to go up 2-0.
Lewis Coyle got the shutout in goal with six saves for Lakeview (3-7, 2-2 Region 6-A Private). This win moved the Lions into third place in the region standings.
Lakeview next will travel to Dawson County on Tuesday.
