Lawrenceville man with special needs found safe

A man with special needs who went missing Sunday night has been found safe, according to Gwinnett County police officers.

An adult male that is missing from Gwinnett County has special needs and authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding him.

31-year-old Keith Brown, who has autism, wandered away from his home off Georgian Hills Drive in Lawrenceville. He’s been missing since Sunday at 4 p.m. According to a press release from the Gwinnett County Police, Brown has the mental capacity of an elementary school student.

According to the release, if seen, he may appear to be a child, as he is just over 4 feet tall with a slim build.

He was last seen wearing a white shirt, khaki shorts, a black jacket and black boots.
