A Sugar Hill teenager was killed Wednesday night in a two-vehicle accident in Hall County.
Sophia Garcia, 19, was killed in the collision on McEver Road.
Charges are pending against Leonardo Cruz-Venegas, 28, according to the Georgia State Patrol. Troopers say Cruz-Venegas was driving a Toyota Corolla northbound when he crossed the center line of the roadway, hitting Garcia's vehicle head-on.
Cruz-Venegas and a passenger in his vehicle were both injured. Garcia was the driver in her vehicle.
The accident happened around 9 p.m.
