Westhill Welcomes Industry Expert Scott Kay to Senior Leadership Team

Scott brings 25+ years of experience developing and implementing successful go-to-market and operations strategies within industries related to the managed repair market.

With direct experience ranging from Fortune 100 companies to accelerated start-ups, Scott will help Westhill focus on driving long term growth while achieving scalable operational excellence. He joins the team at an important inflection point in the business, to continue building a world-class contractor network and customer experience. Responsible for P&L ownership and growth management in his prior role, he cultivated relationships and developed internal talent to support growth from 5 employees to over 300.

Westhill leverages smart technology to provide an improved customer experience with the ability to manage all facets of the restoration process within one platform. After building a robust network of contractors and effective sales strategy for Motili, Scott played an instrumental role in scaling the business to more than $125 million of managed repair services annually.
