Columbia Property Trust Announces Tax Treatment of 2019 Distributions

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 30, 2020--

(NYSE: CXP) announced the tax treatment of its 2019 distributions. The company’s total distributions per share of common stock (CUSIP # 198287 203) are to be classified as described below. Shareholders are encouraged to consult with their tax advisor as to the specific treatment of distributions.

*The fourth quarter 2019 dividend of $0.21 per share was paid on January 7, 2020, to shareholders of record as of December 16, 2019, and will be reflected on shareholders’ 2020 Form 1099-DIV.
