Buford Dam Road closed on Wednesday, January 22 for repairs

The U.S. Army Corp of Engineer has announced that Buford Dam Road will be closed for repairs on Wednesday, January 22, starting at 9 a.m. Repairs should be completed, and the road reopened by 5 p.m. that same day. While the repairs are in progress, several Lake Lanier parks will also be closed, including Lower Overlook, Lower Pool West and West Bank Turn-Out.
