GBI agents say an incident in Forsyth County led to the arrest of a Georgia State Trooper Monday.
GBI Public Affairs Director Nelly Miles said Forsyth County deputies asked agents to investigate an accusation of child molestation on September 4th.
She said the investigation led detectives to 24-year old Brian Sanchez.
Sanchez faces charges of aggravated child molestation, child molestation and sexual battery in the case.
He turned himself into the Forsyth County Detention center without incident.
