The cafeteria inside the Gwinnett Justice and Administration center in Lawrenceville failed it's health inspection Thursday.
The government building houses many county offices and thousands of people visit or work at the facility daily, according to the AJC.
The One Stop Cafe received a grade of 61 after inspectors found mold-like accumulations on the drink machine and saw the kitchen supervisor prepping food with flesh wounds on both hands and without gloves.
Additional violations included unsafe temperatures for perishable foods, and food containers stored on the floor of a freezer unit.
Another inspection will be done in 10 days.
