A SWAT standoff in Bethlehem ends with a former Gwinnett County officer behind bars.
Gwinnet Police Cpl. Michele Pihera said officers went to a home on Flat Run Drive in the early afternoon hours Friday to serve a warrant after Justin Buchllion, 43, violated a protective order in a domestic violence incident in Clarke County.
Initially, authorities believed he was armed and SWAT officers were called when he refused to come outside.
The AJC reports Buchllion served with the Gwinnett County Police department for 18 years.
