Overturned chicken truck snarls Saturday traffic on Highway 60

A chicken truck overturned Saturday morning on Highway 60/Candler Highway in the southeastern part of Hall County.
 
Hall County Sheriff's officials confirmed preliminary details on the wreck.
 
The roadway is shut down. Northbound traffic is being diverted at Cooper Bridge Road and southbound traffic is being diverted at Tanner's Mill Road.
 
The Georgia State Patrol is handling the wreck investigation. The state Department of Transportation and Department of Agriculture will also be on scene to assist with clean up.
 
The roadway is expected to be shutdown for an unknown amount of time.
