New Suwanee townhomes coming to Tench Rd. and Peachtree Industrial Blvd.

A developer got the green light from Suwanee city leaders to build 83 attached single family homes on 10 acres off of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.
 
Suwanee city council approved a rezoning request during their meeting with conditions for a 5-foot wide sidewalk along Tench Road and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard as well as guidelines for landscaping and tree preservation.
 
The AJC reports the gated townhome community includes 19 front loaded units and 64 rear loaded units as well as two acres of open space.
