An East Hall County man is facing criminal charges for allegedly trying to coerce a minor to have sex with him.
Hall County Sheriff investigators said they arrested Ulmar Marvin Gabriel Salas, 35, Friday after he allegedly was texting with the female juvenile victim and encouraged her to perform sex acts with him.
Salas is being held in the Hall County Detention Center.
Along with being charged with Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes, an immigration hold has also been place on him.
