Gwinnett County Police need help tracking down Buford shoplifters

The Gwinnett County Police Department requested help identifying two shoplifters who obtained $4,300 worth of merchandise from Northern Tool and Equipment in Buford Monday.

A press release from the Gwinnett County Police Department stated the two-person crime took place around 3:30 p.m. at 4125 Buford Dr.

The first suspect, identified as a male, distracted an employee while the second suspect, a female, loaded a shopping cart with various tools and exited the store without paying.

The male suspect is described as 20 to 25 years of age, wearing dark sweatpants, teal shoes and carrying an orange fanny pack. 

The female suspect is described as 30 to 40 years of age, red hair, black visor, wearing a white hoodie with various portraits of women, black yoga pants and pink shoes.

The Gwinnett County Police Department requests anyone with information to contact detectives at 770-513-5300
