MATRIX Resources Wins ClearlyRated’s 2019 Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards

By The Associated Press

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb 7, 2019--MATRIX Resources, Inc. (MATRIX), a professional staffing, consulting and delivery firm, announced today that it has won ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards for providing exceptional service to its clients and placed talent. This is the fourth consecutive year MATRIX has received the award, which was formerly known as Inavero’s Best of Staffing ® Award.

MATRIX received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 (out of 10) from more than two thirds of its clients, which is significantly higher than the industry’s average. Less than two percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada have earned the Best of Staffing Award for service excellence.

“For more than 35 years our greatest priority has been providing exceptional service to our clients and talent. We’re honored to be recognized again for doing just that, especially in such a tight labor market,” said Gary Wood, CEO of MATRIX. “Our recruiters and account executives average 13 years in the industry, which is rare in the increasingly stressful staffing profession. We believe our employees’ long-standing industry knowledge, combined with MATRIX’s advanced recruiting technologies and processes, have directly translated into these consistently high levels of client satisfaction.”

ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings by their clients and the candidates they’ve helped find jobs. On average, clients of winning agencies are 2.2 times more likely to be completely satisfied, and candidates who have been placed by winning agencies are 1.7 times more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies.

"Best of Staffing winners have set themselves apart by demonstrating their commitment to client and candidate service. I’m thrilled to showcase these service leaders alongside their validated client and talent ratings on,” said Eric Gregg, CEO of ClearlyRated.
