Gwinnett firefighters are on the scene of a house fire in unincorporated Auburn.
According to a release from Gwinnett Fire Captain Tommy Rutledge, crews responded to the scene after receiving a call of a house in flames. Upon arrival, firefighters found heavy fire showing and already burning in the attic of the large two-story home.
Rutledge said the occupants were all safe outside, and no injuries have been reported thus far.
Rutledge said the initial caller reported that they were grilling, and it spread to the back of the house.
The structure received heavily damaged, and the cause is under investigation.
