GAINESVILLE — The Flowery Branch boys tennis team swept North Hall for a 5-0 win on Monday in Gainesville.
Drayton Matus helped lead the Falcons with a 6-1, 6-2 win over North Hall's Masa Kobayashi in No. 1 singles. Nathan Holley also defeated Christian Boychuk 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2 singles, and Jack Thomas defeated Kody Dills 6-0, 6-1 at No. 3 singles.
The Branch's No. 1 doubles team of Gunnar Hetzel/Brody Millwood won 6-3, 6-4, and the No. 2 team of Brady McVey/John Hollis prevailed 6-2, 6-4.

The Lady Falcons swept the singles points en route to the win on Monday.
The Branch's Annabelle Thomas defeated Anna Montgomery 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 singles, while Olivia Correa defeated Christen Barnes 7-6 (8-6), 6-1 at No. 2 singles. Olivia Nance also defeated Sydney Patterson 7-6 (8-6), 6-1 at No. 3 singles.
North Hall's No. 1 doubles team of Lauren Davis/Baylee Turner pulled a win back at 6-1, 6-3. But the Lady Falcons' Alicia Quast/Kendalle Quast prevailed 6-4, 6-2 at No. 2 doubles.
