American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug 24, 2017--American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share, The dividend is payable to the Class A and Class B Common Shareholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2017. The dividend will be paid on or about December 4, 2017.
