GDOL recruiting for Toccoa auto manufacturer expansion

The Georgia Department of Labor will help an automotive manufacturer in Toccoa recruit roughly 200 employees with a recruitment event later this month.
 
Nifco-KTW America Corporation plans to expand to more than 400 employees by 2018 and they need assembly operators, injection molding operators, internal transport/packing/forklift operators, maintenance associates, paint line operators, paint systems technicians, production planners, quality associates, robotic automation technicians and tool setter/set-up technicians. Salaries will depend on position and experience and first, second or third shift with vary with the position.

The recruitment will be held at The Pointe Church's Family Life Center (111 Fieldcrest Drive) in Eastanollee on Tuesday, April 25 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Applicants must be 18 year of age or older with a high school diploma or GED. Assembly operators, injection molding operators, internal transport operators, paint line operators, production planners and quality associates are all required to have at least one year of related experience. Maintenance associates, paint systems technicians, robotic automation technicians and tool setter technicians are all required to have at least three years of related experience. Applicants are encouraged to dress appropriately.
