Cleaver-Brooks, Inc. Announces Timing of Release of Fiscal Year 2018 Second Quarter Results and Investor Conference Call

THOMASVILLE, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 13, 2017--Cleaver-Brooks, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will post its quarterly report for the fiscal 2018 second quarter ended October 1, 2017 on November 15, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., Eastern Time on the Company’s secure investor website. The quarterly report is being furnished pursuant to the Indentures governing the Company’s 8.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 and the Company’s 9.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 (collectively the “Notes”) to holders of the Notes, certain equity investors, qualified prospective investors in the Notes, and certain broker-dealers and securities analysts.

The Company also announced that it will host an investor conference call to discuss second quarter 2018 financial results on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time. Access to the investor conference call will be limited to holders of the Notes, certain equity investors, qualified prospective investors in the Notes and certain broker-dealers and securities analysts.
