Forsyth County auto break-in arrest

CUMMING - The arrest of two men this past Friday afternoon has cleared up a number of car break-ins at the Big Creek Greenway parking lots on McFarland Blvd., Forsyth County Sheriff Ted Paxton said today.

Sheriff Paxton said that in the past few weeks a number of visitors to the newly opened Greenway had returned to their vehicles only to find that their cars and trucks had been broken into and valuables stolen.

The two men, Tashon Lamar Crenshaw, age 18, of Camden, N.J. and Willie Callins, age 26, of Hollywood, Florida, have been charged with 16 counts of Entering Autos and five counts of Theft of a Financial Transaction Card. All of the charges are felonies.

Callins is being held in lieu of a $117,810 bond and Crenshaw is being held without bond because he is already out on bond from similar charges in DeKalb County, GA.
