HULL - An arrest has been made in a Madison County murder that happened earlier this month. <br>

Investigators have arrested Henry Bolten, 33, Athens for the shooting death of Willie Frank Smith, 46, Hull. <br>
<br>
Smith was found shot to death outside of his car on Hulican Springs Road.<br>
<br>
Police say the two were not friends but did know each other.<br>
