A child was airlifted to Atlanta after an ATV accident in Murrayville Saturday evening.
Hall County Fire Rescue Public Information Officer Kimberlie Ledsinger said the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. with Hall County crews responding and taking the 9-year-old child, who was not identified, to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville. From there, the child was taken by helicopter to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta for further treatment.
No other details on the accident or the child's status have been released.
