A man was arrested early Thanksgiving morning after he allegedly broke into the Hall County Library in Downtown Gainesville.
The Gainesville Police Department said in a social media post Tyrell Miles Crutcher, 22, was arrested just after midnight inside the Hall County Library on Main Street.
Crutcher broke several windows to gain entry to the building. He allegedly caused about $18,000 in damage to the facility during the incident.
He was booked into the Hall County Jail after his arrest. Jail records show he was charged with 2nd Degree Burglary. He remained in the Hall County Jail as of Monday afternoon on a $2,950 bond.
