A man who was killed in an ATV accident Sunday in Fannin County has now been identified publicly.
The Georgia State Patrol said Justin Eure, 28, of Blue Ridge failed to negotiate a curve while riding on Lowery Road, went down an embankment and overturned.
The patrol said no other vehicles were involved in the accident.
Eure's death was one of 17 reported by the Georgia State Patrol over the Memorial Day weekend.
