The Gwinnett county man accused of driving the get-away car during the shooting that killed Gwinnett County police officer Antwan Toney in October of 2018 now faces charges.
Prosecutors told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that 19 year old Isaiah Pretlow faces charges associated with gang activity and traffic offenses but will not be charged with the officer's death.
Authorities also accuse Pretlow of crashing the car and pointing a gun at an officer before being arrested hours after the death of Officer Toney.
He remains in the Gwinnett County jail.
