Property owners in Gainesville should be getting this year's tax bill sometime this week.
The bills - 13,363 of them - are scheduled to be mailed Monday. Payment is due by Dec. 1.
The city also bills for the city school system, which consists of 67% of the total tax bill or $28.9 million.
The city's tax office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist customers with questions. In addition, customers can pay or review tax information online.
