No charges are expected after a teenager was hit by a pickup truck and killed in Hall County late Friday night.
The Georgia State Patrol said Jayden Candler Fields, 15, of Commerce was riding his skateboard just before 10 p.m. on Harmony Church Road in Gillsville.
GSP Cpl. Josh Hedden said Fields was in the travel lane and was hit by a southbound Dodge Dakota being driven by Roger Guevararubio, 37, Gillsville.
The pickup driver was not injured.
Hedden said no charges will be filed against Guevararubio
