Two men arrested after one reportedly shot the other with birdshot

A Gainesville man suffered minor injuries after he was shot in the face with a small amount birdshot on Friday.
 
Hall County Sheriff's Deputies believe the man, Darryl Hudson, 31, was shot from across East Ridge Road in the 1100 block by Charles Doro, 39, or Gainesville.
 
Hudson's facial injury are considered very minor, according to Sheriff's Lt. Scott Ware. Ware said Hudson was transported to the Northeast Georgia Medical Center and then released in to the custody of the Hall County Jail on two outstanding arrest warrants - a Superior Court Arrest Order issued on April 23, 2018 and being surrendered by his bondsman on a separate drug case from 2017. His underlying charges on the SCAO consisted of two counts of aggravated assault and obstruction of an officer.
 
Doro has been charged with aggravated assault, misdemeanor reckless conduct and a parole violation.
 
Both men were arrest without custody and are in the Hall County Jail.
