An attorney in Gwinnett county found himself on the other side of the law.
Gwinnett police arrested Anthony O Van Johnson, 61 on June 4.
An investigation started after a female coworker alleged that he drugged her during a dinner out together.
She claimed to not remember anything until waking up hours later.
Police said medical personnel performed a sexual assault exam but no details have been released.
Officers said there could be additional victims.
