It took an extra day thanks to the weather, but when all was said and done Monday at Bristol, Kyle Busch had secured his second win of the season, fighting off Kyle Larson and a hard-charging Darrell Wallace Jr.

In this week's edition of the Hard Left Turn podcast, Around the Track editor Brandon Reed and Katie B. discuss:

Beginning of show: On a day when tires were at a premium, how close did Busch come to NOT winning?

3-minute mark: Kyle Larson was visibly displeased after the race because he's come close so many times at Bristol, will it ever happen for him?

4:30-minute mark: A 2018 Jimmie Johnson performance is talked about positively here

7:20-minute mark: Thoughts on Bristol making some on-track changes to bring the race back to an "old-school" style

16-minute mark: Brandon is a fan of the No. 43, and Monday it ran in the lead for the first time in a long time

18:45 mark: Chase Elliott's day ended before it began

22:40-minute mark: A preview of the races coming up this weekend at Richmond International Raceway
