GAINESVILLE — The Gainesville girls golf team claimed a tri-match over Habersham Central and Johnson on Monday at Chattahoochee Golf Club in Gainesville.
The Lady Red Elephants played through blustery and chilly weather to post a team score of 141, while Habersham Central ended with a 171 and Johnson carded a 175.
Gainesville freshman Karina Collins finished as a low medalist with a 45.
Gainesville travels to Blairsville on Thursday to play Union County.
