OAKWOOD — Johnson High School is on the lookout for a new boys basketball coach.

Knights athletic director Jonathan Edwards announced Tuesday that Coach Tyler Whitlock, who guided the program this year, is leaving at the end of the current school year to accept a position in another school district.

In his only season as the boys head coach at JHS, coach Whitlock led the Knights to a 7-19 finish.

Johnson is also seeking to replace girls basketball coach Duke Mullis, who also stepped down after this season.
