A former Banks County probate judge and county commissioner, Milton Dalton, has died following an extended illness.
Dalton, who was 80, died Saturday.
He was probate judge for 24 years and served on the county commission for four years.
The funeral will be at 1:00 Tuesday at Homer Baptist Church.
