A construction worker suffered serious injuries Friday morning, hit by a vehicle on the north end of Gwinnett County, police said.
According to Gwinnett County Police, the incident happened on the northbound side of I-85 at the I-985 split.
Police said the worker is in critical condition.
The investigation snarled northbound traffic on 85.
The accident occurred before 5:30 a.m.
