The Flowery Branch Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying two suspects believed to be involved in a theft case at Sterling on the Lake.

The suspects (see photos) are believed to have stolen a Caterpillar Skid from a construction site on Dec. 4, according to a social media post from the Flowery Branch Police Department. The piece of heavy equipment, similar to a small bulldozer, was recovered Dec. 5 at a home on Amber Cove Way.

The suspects were captured on surveillance video at the Shell gas station on Spout Springs Road at Capitola Farm Road, police said in a statement. They were driving a black Chevrolet Sienna 2500 pickup truck with a trailer.

Anybody with information on the suspects are asked to call Investigator Robin Kemp at (770) 967-6336.

The suspects were captured on surveillance cameras, and are believed to be responsible with the theft of a Caterpillar Skid.
