A 30-year-old suspect was taken into custody Wednesday, accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend at a Suwanee business.

Nathanieo Pinkins allegedly went to Quality Technologies on Satellite Boulevard at 8:10 a.m. Wednesday and fired multiple rounds at the woman's car, with one of the bullets hitting the woman in the head, said Suwanee Police in a statement.

The victim is in stable condition at Gwinnett Medical Center.

Suwanee Police Capt. Cass Mooney confirmed that Pinkins was taken into custody at a shopping center along Cetnerville Highway in Gwinnett County. He was to be taken to the hospital for treatment of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Mooney said.
