Gwinnett County police have arrested a suspect in a Lawrenceville shooting that happened early Sunday morning.
A media release identifies the suspect as 24-year-old Marcus Harris of Albany. Harris was arrested in Riverdale on Tuesday, Oct. 2, according to the Gwinnett County Police Department.
He's been charged with felony murder and aggravated assault in the shooting death of 32-year-old Marlon Walker.
Police did not release a motive in the case.
The deadly shooting occurred around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, in the parking lot of an apartment complex at St. Marlow Drive.
