Frank Ingram jumped to the lead of the opening lap of Saturday night’s Super Late Model feature at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia, and went on to score the victory on the speedway’s first regular season race.
Derek Ellis took the pole for the feature in qualifying, but Ingram sped to the lead on lap one. Ingram led the entire distance, but not without threats from. In the end, Ellis had to settle for second, with Jason Croft in third, Tom Maddox in fourth and Johnny Chastain in fifth.
Landon Bagby and Zach Pilcher raced each other hard for the lead throughout the Steel Head Late Model / 502 feature. Pilcher would go on to score the victory, with Tate McCollum in third, Chris Sizemore in fourth and Jimmy Price in fifth.
Matt Bishop took the pole and the win in the Crate Late Model feature. Behind him, Hunter Jones edged out Logan Palmer for second, with Mike Bruner finishing in fourth and Jake Rainey in fifth.
Alan Brewer scored the victory in the Super Bomber feature, with Daniel Brewer, Donny Thurman, Richard Goode and Randall Powell rounding out the top five.
Dalton Poston was the winner in the Economy Bomber feature, with Dan Meadows in second, Justin Begley in third, Randy Smith in fourth and James Gagnon in fifth.
In the Stinger feature, Tony Newman took the victory, with Ken Clark in second. Cody Sisson came home in third, followed by Brian Cosier in fourth and Byron Sisson in fifth.
