Colin Marney and Nick Shaw, both students at the University of North Georgia and military members, talk about their plans for a scholarship in Lee's name as well who their friend was.

Lee, a 2014 graduate of the University of North Georgia, was killed in action in Iraq April 29. Lee was serving as a platoon leader in the 82nd Airborne Division's Second Brigade Combat Team when he died from wounds sustained from the detonation of an IED

To memorialize their friend and Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity brother, Marney and Shaw have helped raised over $25,000 through a Go Fund Me account for a scholarship in Weston lee's name. They also are planning on donating excess funds to Lee's family to help pay for funeral expenses.
