The Humane Society of Northeast Georgia will host its monthly Weekend Wellness Clinic on Saturday, which offers low cost rabies and other vaccinations, micro-chipping and flea and tick control.
The clinic offers shots and vaccines for $10 - $15, microchips for $20 and flea and tick preventatives for $15. The clinic will be held at the shelter's campus on West Ridge Road in Gainesville from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
No appointments are required, however puppies and kittens must be at least three months old for rabies vaccinations. All pets must be in a carrier or properly leashed. There are no residency requirements for clinic participation.
