CORNELIA — The City of Cornelia has announced that the walking trail at Cornelia City Park on Wyly Street will close beginning Monday, April 17.
The closure will permit repairs to the trail, and will take several weeks to complete, according to City Manager Donald Anderson.
That’s because the heavily-used trail not only is being resurfaced, but also widened to accommodate increased usage and better accommodate those from across the area who utilize it, according to Anderson.
