Monday is deadline for Hall tax-related filings

The deadline to file for homestead exemptions, personal property reports, agriculture covenants and taxpayer returns of real property with the Hall County Board of Assessors Office is Monday. 
 
Normally the deadline is April 1; however, since April 1 falls on Saturday, property owners will have until the following business day. Official Postal Service postmarks of April 3 will be accepted as timely filed. However, personal property reporting forms received after April 1 not postmarked with the official USPS of April 3 cannot be accepted as timely.
