A Braselton man faces child pornography charges after authorities found pictures and videos on his computer of minors (under 16 years old) engaging in sexual activities with adults.

Michael David Bohannon, 27, was arrested Saturday on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography, according to Lt. Scott Ware, Hall County Sheriff's Office spokesman.

Deputies searched Bohannon's home on June 16, 2016 and seized his computer, then issued a warrant for his arrest July 26.

Ware, reached by phone, said the reason for the delay in his arrest was that Bohannon moved.

He was booked into the Hall County Jail, and the case remains under investigation.
