Important dates loom for some Hall County property owners

The new year brings with it a number of important dates for some Hall County property owners.

According to county officials, January 1-April 1 is the time to file for Homestead Exemption, a Personal Property Reporting Form, sign up for an Agriculture Covenant or file a Taxpayer Return of Real Property with the Hall County Board of Assessors Office.

Reasons to file a Real Property Tax Return, a Personal Property Reporting Form, apply for a Homestead Exemption or the Conservation Use covenants are as follows:

The Hall County Board of Tax Assessors Office is located on the first floor of the Hall County Government Center, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road.
