Brothers jailed after confrontation

An argument between two men got out of hand this week, landing both of them behind bars in the Hall County Jail, according to the Hall County Sheriff's Office. 
 
According to CBS 46, Austin Rhodes, 22, of Gainesville, and Tristan Rhodes, 19, of Lula, are brothers. 
 
The two were allegedly involved in a confrontation at a home on Lula Highway Tuesday evening, according to the Hall County Sheriff's Office.  Investigators said the argument elevated to the point of Austin allegedly ramming his car into Tristan's car. They said Tristan Rhodes was not injured in the incident. 
 
The elder Rhodes was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Austin Rhodes was released after posting a $10,750 bond. The younger Rhodes brother was charged with possession of marijuana. He has since posted a $1,950 bond. 
 
Both also face misdemeanor charges for the confrontation.
