Two University of Georgia football players have been arrested in Barrow County on Saturday.

Natrez Patrick and Jayson Kyle Stanley were arrested late Saturday following the SEC Championship game, according to the Athens-Banner Herald

The newspaper reports Patrick, a starting linebacker,  was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana less than one ounce, a charge he faced less than a month ago when he was previously arrested. This arrest makes his third violation of Georgia's drug policy, subjecting him to dismissal from the team, said the Herald.

The station said Stanley, a wide receiver, was arrested with Patrick. The paper reported Stanley was charged with DUI of drugs, possession of marijuana less than an ounce and speeding.

Both men have bonded out.
