Less than a week after a deadly shooting in north Hall County, a grand jury has indicted a Sautee man on several criminal counts, including malice murder.

According to the indictment filed Monday, Talon Roame Lowery, 19, is also charged with felony murder, two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Lowery allegedly shot and killed Bryan Ramirez, 18, of Hall County, last Thursday night.

Ramirez, an employee of the Texaco gas station at the corner of U.S. 129/Cleveland Highway and Nopone Road, had been taking a break outside of the store when he was hit by gunfire from a pickup truck.

Authorities last week said Ramirez had been sitting at a picnic table with a friend when the truck came through the parking lot around 10 p.m.  One of the aggravated assault counts relates to the gunfire also coming in the direction of the friend.

Lowery was arrested at his home later that night after allegedly circulating a Snapchat video of the shooting.  He remained in the Hall County Jail Wednesday afternoon.
