PINE HALL, N.C. - Jonathan Davenport used a late race pass to win Friday Night’s ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series race at 311 Motor Speedway in Pine Hall, North Carolina.

Davenport, from Blairsville, Georgia, overtook Ross Bailes with just two laps to go, and drove away to score the $4,000 victory.

Bailes, who set fast time in qualifying, had to settle for a second place finish. Kyle Hardy came home in third, with Kingston, Georgia’s tyler Millwood in fourth and Joey Coulter in fifth.

Dennis Franklin, Benji Hicks, Justin Williams, Tyler Bare and Johnny Pursley rounded out the top ten.

The ULTIMATE Super Late Models were slated to compete on Saturday night at North Carolina’s Dublin Motor Speedway, but the event was postponed due to wet weather. A rescheduled date will be announced soon.
