Gainesville High girls basketball player Mikeisha Battle has learned a lot about herself over the past year since being diagnosed with lupus.
Dealing with the chronic disease provides a challenge each and every day, but it's one the junior forward refuses to yield to, and she shows it by continuing to pursue her goals on the court and with her teammates.
